Tannson has recently completed another new Vauxhall
franchise showroom for Fife based Curtis Motors, this time in Cupar.
Hailed by Vauxhall as the flagship for the future, the new building
incorporates many of their mandatory standards and specifications.
January 2000 saw the appointment of Irene Dick as
Marketing Manager, who comes to the company from a business services
background and has wide networking experience which will be an invaluable
asset to Tannson. Irene's area of responsibility will be for corporate
promotion and events.
The year 2000 was a busy one for Tannson with
the undernoted contracts now completed:
A 2590m2 extension at Livingston for Schroder
Exempt Property Unit Trust
Danisco Flexible Flexco,
moved into their new 30,000sq ft facility in Livingston, with another
Tannson project currently on site.
The new production facility for Outreach
plc in Falkirk was completed in October.
A £1.17m contract for CTP
Davall (Scotland) Limited in Harthill, now provides them
with a new production area, incorporating 2 storey offices, covering
a unit floor area of 2246m2.
Tannson's first project in Northern Ireland has been
completed in Carrickfergus. The 2.2m project for "core"client
Solectron, provides the American company
with there first PCB processing plant in Northern Ireland.
A £2.4m 80,000sq ft facility for Axis
Park Developments Limited at Cumbernauld has been completed
with the tenant Dixon's now operating a distribution facility.
The extension to an existing nursery has been completed
for Careshare at Edinburgh Park, with
another project under construction at Port Hamilton, Edinburgh.
