Phase 2 Williamston North, Livingston is now complete
with developer Scot Sheriden Estates Ltd.
A new Head Office for Redrow
Homes Scotland has now been completed. The location in Central
Park, Larbert will provide the company with a 2 storey office block
within a "24 week" timescale.
Tannson has been awarded a £1.5m contract for
the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency
(SEPA), to provide them with laboratories located at Heriot
Watt University, Edinburgh.

Tannson is delighted to announce that it has achieved the accolade

James Drummond has joined Tannson's Quantity
Surveying Team. James will be working on various contracts including
the recently announced Palmer & Harvey project at Pitreavie
Business Park Dunfermline.

To satisfy the company's growing number of contracts, several
new appointments have been made. John Smith
has been appointed Business Development Manager, bringing to Tannson
his wealth of experience in the Construction sector. He is currently
negotiating contracts that will expand not only the number of projects
but also the financial scale. Andy Walker
has stepped into the role as Senior Project Manager and Paul
Galbraith is now Tannson's Senior Site Manager with responsibilities
for projects in Livingston. Paul Mainka has
recently taken up his role as Health & Safety Manager joining
Justin Lowrie who was appointed H & S Assistant last
year. Quantity Surveyor Paul Curran
has joined the QS Team and Mike Leaf
has been appointed a Site Manager.
