Development at Ingram Street, Glasgow for Strathclyde Homes We
are pleased to announce the award of this £6.7m contract, which marks the
first of hopefully many projects to be carried out on behalf of Strathclyde Homes.
The development incorporates 62 flats and 2 retail units with works commencing

Park, Dundee comprises two sub-divisible units totalling
42,500 ft2. With a construction cost of £1.8m, the development was completed

Phase 2, Livingston comprises one sub-divisible unit
totalling 35,000ft2, new/reformed site access road and various service diversions.

Mixed
Use Development at Ayr for Vico Tannson commenced
on site 13 March on a development for The Vico Property Group. The project shall
consist of the construction of a new 56-bed Travelodge Hotel and Frankie &
Bennys restaurant with associated external works and drainage. Completion
is planned for the end of October 2006. | | |
Retail
Units, Cambuslang Kilmartin Properties have appointed
Tannson to construct the 7,000ft2 retail development at Hamilton Road, Cambuslang.
The building has been designed with flexibility in mind providing up to four sub-divide
units to suit tenant demand. The £450,000 project is due for completion

Trade
Park Development at Glenrothes for SCOT Sheridan Ltd Tannson
have been awarded the contract for a new £0.75m trade park development at
Bankhead Park, Glenrothes for one of our Core Clients SCOT Sheridan Limited. The
project will provide 3 new Class 6 industrial units each of 5,000ft, clad with
a coated steel composite panel system, double glazed frontages, and insulated
vehicular access doors. The development will be served by a new access road and
will be complete with hard landscaping providing a total of some 30 parking spaces. | | |

Trade Park at Livingston Works are ongoing on this
project for a new trade park at Houston Industrial Estate in Livingston for SCOT
Sheridan Limited. The project comprises 3 separate buildings, which shall be sub-dividable
into units of various sizes. The total construction area shall be circa 55,000
sq.ft. and the development shall be completed within a contract period of 32 weeks. | | |

Offices for Scott Bennett Associates Works are
progressing on this project for Scott Bennett Associates Ltd at Carnegie Campus,
Dunfermline. The two-storey office block, measuring circa 6,000 sq.ft. will allow
Scott Bennett Associates to relocate from their existing premises in Dunfermline
to the ground floor of this new development whilst the upper floor is being constructed
as a speculative office. The construction of this £558,000 development is
due to take 25 weeks and be completed by March 2006. | |  Carnegie

Residential
Refurbishment at Baird Hall, Glasgow Work commenced
in May on the refurbishment of the Baird Hall in sauchiehall Street, Glasgow to
convert the former Strathclyde University halls of residence into 112 luxury 1
and 2 bed apartments. The work comprises full internal strip out to return the
building to a shell concrte frame in advance of site works commencing to create
the apartments. New works comprise extension to the building on the west side
creating a homogenous elevation to provide standard internal layouts on all floors
generally with a steel framed roof ectension providing penthouse accommodation
at roof level. Externally the existing facade
will be repaired and repainted in colours to match that of the original Beresford
hotel when the structure was constructed in the late 1920's. Internally the building
will be finished to a very high standard incorporating hardwood veneered doors
in walnut and beech, quality kitchen incorporating stainless steel white goods
and 'Scope' sanitary ware with built in vanity units and tiled bathrooms. | |  Baird

Unit at Cumbernauld for Allan Water Developments Limited
This 20000ft2 industrial facility incorporating 5000ft2 of 2 storey office and
ancillary accommodation commenced on site early May 05. The facility is being
developed by Allan Water Developments for end user Barlowworld handling who are
relocating from a tired industrial facility within the Wardpark industrial area
of cumbernauld. The industrial facility incorporates a segmented rafter providing
a cost effective solution for the curved clad roof, with internal columns and
beams to take a 5 T overhead crane. The project programme is 28 weeks with completion

Plot
C1, Excelsior Park, Wishaw Works are now complete
on the construction of a new industrial development at Plot C1, Excelsior Park,
Wishaw for SCOT Sheridan Estates Ltd. The 30,000 sq.ft. unit, with associated
car parking and yard, was completed in a 26 week construction period for a value
of circa £1.175m. The project shall include the fit out of 10,000 sq.ft.
for Howden Joinery Ltd with the remaining floor space being left in a shell state

Industrial
Development at Clydesmill, Cambuslang Work commenced
early August 2005 on this new industrial facility at Clydesmill, Cambuslang, for
Rebfields Limited. The 20,000ft2 industrial facility incorporates 5,000ft2 of
offices over 2 floors, staff and visitor car parking to the front of the building
and in excess of 6,000m2 of service yard to the rear. The project includes extensive
fit-out works both internally and externally to suit the requirements of the Tenant

and Harvey, Dunfermline Further
to Tannsons previous refurbishment of the Palmer and Harvey facility at
Pitreavie Business Park at Dunfermline, Tannson were awarded the contract for
window replacement works. These works entailed the removal and replacement of
all aluminium windows and screens, and the associated making good to the entrance
elevation and shall be completed within a 6 week period. | | |
| Bearsden
Ski Club Work commenced on the redevelopment of
the Bearsden Ski Club in early September 2005. Part of the existing clubhouse
will remain, to be refurbished with a timber frame over two storeys constructed
around the existing building. The completed facility will extend to 6,500ft2 providing
new soft lounge, bar and kitchen facilities, gymnasium, wet and dry male and female
changing areas, equipment store and workshop, offices, first aid facilities and
other ancillary accommodation. Externally the building will be finished with a
mixture of western red cedar and self-coloured render. An external galvanised
steel terrace will provide a viewing area for the existing ski slop and new board
slope incorporating a quarter pipe facility. The project will be due for completion

Unit at Excelsior Park, Wishaw The 2nd phase of
works at Excelsior Park, Wishaw for SCOT Sheridan Estates Limited started on site
on 14 February 2005 and involved the construction of a 23,000 sq.ft. industrial
unit with associated car parking and yard area. Works were completed in a 22-week

| Refurbishment
of Warehouse for James Keiller Estates Ltd Refurbishment
of the old Condor building in Wardpark South, Cumbernauld, commenced on site in
November 2004 and completed in late Spring 2005. This £2.2m contract takes
Tannson Managing Director Mike Tanner back to his construction roots when he was
a Director with Conder at Cumbernauld in the early 80s. | |

Development, Straiton Business Park, Phase 1 For GT Consultants Ltd
Works commenced in late August 2004 and completed in September
2005 on this £1.247m contract for this 1,746m2 two-storey traditional office

Fit Out at Hillington for Nicator Nicator UK are
the UK division of a Swedish company who co-ordinate the Home Computing Initiative
currently being promoted by the government. Through this scheme company employees
can purchase computing systems for use at home, this scheme is co-ordinated by
Nicator on behalf of the various employers, such as IBM and Rolls Royce. Such
initiatives operate very successfully throughout the Scandinavian countries, consequently
Nicator have set up a UK operation. They are currently housed in the Innovation
Centre in Hillington but have out-grown these offices. Tannson have put together
an internal fit out proposal for Nicator within a new office building owned by
Caledonian Land. The project commenced in mid-August with a two month duration.
The proposals will provide a bespoke office unit for Nicator encompassing individual
offices, breakout areas, kitchen, mail room, IT room and new boardroom. These
offices will occupy the upper floor of the new unit with Nicator taking an option
to expand into the ground floor of the unit within the next twelve months. | | |
