The Tannson Group of Companies comprises of Tannson Holdings Limited and Tannson Limited. Tannson Limited is the main operating company within the Group, providing a Design & Build / Management Contracting service on a wide range of new-build and expansion projects throughout the United Kingdom. Tannson Holdings Limited is responsible for diversifying the Group's activities into property development and acquisitions, to increase the financial strength of the group as a whole.

We see controlled expansion in to the wider UK market as the natural extension to our local success here in Scotland.

A J Davison and C P Dempster were appointed as Joint Receivers of Tannson Limited and Tannson Holdings Limited (together "the Companies") on 18 March 2008. The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland authorises A J Davison and C P Dempster to act as Insolvency Practitioners under section 390(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986.
