Dedicated Staff

Tannson now employ 42 professional staff with wide ranging construction skills in: sales, marketing, estimating, surveying, project management, planning, finance, health and safety and administration.

Aware of the importance of their staff in the growth and expansion of the company, Tannson applied for and was awarded the prestigious "Investors in People" standard in 2001. Recognition of the successful training and staff development continued over the subsequent three years was rewarded when the Investors in People standard was renewed in March 2004 after a full re-evaluation process. The training that the company has undertaken to continually build on employee skills will reinforce commitment to Client service.
