ONGOING PROJECTS

Town Centre Redevelopment Stenhousemuir: The project comprises a new library for Falkirk Council, 40,000ft2 Asda, together with 40,000ft2 of mixed retail space. The project commenced on 5 March 2007 with a 92-week programme period. With a £8.2m contract sum, it is Tannson's largest retail development to date.

Leamington Wharf for Southglen Developments: The project comprises 10 timber frame townhouses on the edge of the Union Canal adjacent to the brewery site at Fountainbridge. The £2.4m project commenced on site on 12 February 2007 and has a duration of 43 weeks.

New Distribution Facility for Keiller/DSG at Axis Park Cumbernauld: The 26,000ft2 building incorporating 10 loading docks has a value of £1.95m and a programme duration of 33 weeks and commenced on site on 12 February 2007.

New Headquarters facility for Kelvin Group at Orchardton, Cumbernauld. This £5m development was secured in December 2006.

Trade Park Developments. Tannson are delighted to continue the longstanding relationship with SCOT Sheridan with the award of three new trade park developments commencing late January / early February 2007:
Easter Inch, Bathgate comprises 3 sub-divisible units totalling 50,000ft2. With a construction cost of £2.6m, the development is scheduled for completion in September 2007.

New Office Development at Gordon Lamb House for Keiller (Edinburgh) Ltd
Work commenced on 31 July 2006 on the 5-storey office development at Jackson’s Entry, Holyrood Road, Edinburgh. The project comprises a concrete piled steel framed building with timber frame upfill panels and a mixture of zinc, render facing brick and curtain walling to the external façade.

New Flatted Development, Coalhill, Leith for Buredi
This project represents the 2nd phase of a 5-storey residential development adjacent to the water of Leith in Edinburgh. This £4.2m development commenced mid-March and will run through to June 2007. The project will provide a total of 39 new residential units built over an enclosed ground floor car park topped with a landscaped courtyard area complete with secure car parking at the ground floor, underneath the main building. The mix of flats will be 4 affordable units, 32 standard units and 3 penthouse flats on the upper floor, most of the apartments will have individual balconies overlooking the Water of Leith. Tannson’s clients are Buredi, who represent a joint venture partnership between the Burrell Group and EDI, both of whom are based in Edinburgh.

Residential Development at Coburg Street, Leith for Southglen Ltd
This residential project off Coburg Street in Leith will provide a total of 30 new flatted apartments within a 4-storey building. The project will have car parking on the ground, which is accessed through a pend from East Cromwell Street. The development will commence early April 2006 and continue through to July 2007 with a phased handover of Block B and C. Tannson is once again constructing these apartments for Southglen Ltd following the previous projects at Valleyfield Street and Tower Street in Edinburgh.

Medical Centre at Greenock for Prime Public Partnerships Ltd
Tannson have been awarded a contract by Prime Public Partnerships Ltd for a new 1500m2 medical centre valued at £1.85m.

New Offices at Canniesburn, Glasgow for Baronial Properties
Tannson will be commencing construction of a new 3 storey building on the site of the old Canniesburn Hospital Bearsden providing a net area of some 12,900 ft of office accomodation with associated parking. The office is due for completion by November 2006 with a value of circa £1.4M.

Residential Development for Park Circus Homes (Glasgow) Ltd
Work has just commenced on the residential development for Park Circus Homes (Glasgow) Ltd. The project comprises 162 residential units, 72 flats and 20 townhouses in Phase 1 and 50 flats and 20 townhouses in Phase 2. Handovers should be from Summer 2005.
