Lamb House, Edinburgh - Considerate Constructor Tannson
have been awarded a Certificate of Compliance from the Considerate Constructors
Scheme for their site at Gordon Lamb House in Edinburgh. The site passed in respect
of all eight sectors of the Scheme's Code of Considerate Practice, which are:
Considerate, Environmentally Aware, Clean, Good Neighbour, Respectful, Safe, Responsible

Ronaldson's
Wharf, Leith Our completed development of high quality
residential flats at Ronaldson's Wharf, Leith, for Miller Homes (Scotland East)
Limited has won many awards including "Best UK Waterfront Development"
and UK Best Brownfield Large Development together with a short-listed nomination
for the RICS Awards 2004. This project has a striking design and is now regarded
as one of the signature buildings in the regeneration of Leith. Imperial
Park, Linwood This £6m development for SCOT
Sheridan Ltd at Imperial Park on the old Chrysler Factory land was granted the
"Industrial Award for Excellence" at 2004's Property Executive Development
Awards. The development impressed the judges with its attractive location close
to the airport and other local amenities, as well as its provision of flexible
units that can be tailored to individual business requirements. SCOT Sheridan
Director, David Maclachlan said; "We are delighted that Imperial Park has
been recognised in this way and would like to thank the whole team who have put
together a cleverly designed and well constructed development which pays great
attention to current market requirements". Tannson's
Prestige Portfolio in Fife Office Developments for
SCOT Sheridan Ltd at Masterton Park, Dunfermline and for Foxdown Properties on
the site of the former Dunfermline and West Fife Hospital were completed in Spring
2004. These signature developments enhance the portfolio of projects carried out
by Tannson in the Fife area. The business learning and conference centre on Lauder
College campus; Evans Easyspace's business centre and Vida's five-a-side complex
at Pitreavie Playing Fields are among the other flagship developments in a portfolio
which has also included such blue-chip clients as FMC, Solectron, TK Valve, Palmer
