Trade Park, Melford Road, Bellshill for SCOT Sheridan
The 37,300ft Trade Park unit at Melford Road Bellshill for core customer SCOT Sheridan Limited commenced on site in September 2007, at a value of £1.8m. The project is constructed on a Brownfield site with specialist ground treatments in the way of vibro compaction and low energy clean air blankets required to deal with ground conditions and methane gasses respectively. The project is designed with flexibility in mind providing units from 1,800ft2 to 20,000ft2 for perspective tenants, with a contract duration of 30 weeks the contract will be completed in Spring 2008.

Engineering Centre for Scottish Power, Cambuslang for Portal Holdings
Works commenced in May 2007 on the new £5.9m 80,000ft2 office and engineering facility at Fullarton Road, Cambuslang for Portal Holdings (Scotland) Ltd. This is a purpose built facility for Scottish Power plc. The remediated Brownfield site required significant soil improvement techniques including lime and cement stabilisation and vibro compaction works to foundations and floor slab to suit the loadings of the externals and building respectively. The unit is generally finished to a very high standard with 30,000ft2 of offices to the front of the development with canteen, stores and maintenance bays to the rear of the unit. External works in the form of concrete yard and hardstandings and block paviour car parking to the offices. The contract period is 48 weeks with completion expected April 2008.

Trade Park C2 Wishaw for SCOT Sheridan Limited
The 40,000ft2 Trade Park Development on Plot C2 Wishaw commenced on site in May 2007. The development is split into two units of 25,000ft2 and 15,000ft2 respectively, which have been designed for sub-division of units in multiples of 5,000ft2. This project for SCOT Sheridan Ltd is the fourth phase of works at Excelsior Park, Wishaw. With a value of £1.8m the project is due for completion in November 2007.

Office Pavilions at Starlaw Business Park, Livingston for Ashwood (Scotland)
Works are underway on phase 1 of 5 of the Pavilion office development for Ashwood (Scotland) Ltd at Starlaw Business Park. The works include the construction of one 7,000ft2 pavilion together with the external works and infrastructure to suit a further four pavilions. The works are due for completion in December 2007 and are valued at £1m.
